These Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the DreamDrop #002 Resort Stay Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is intended to comply with applicable United States sweepstakes and promotional laws and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly.

Sponsor may utilize third-party service providers, travel fulfillment providers, sweepstakes administration providers, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, fraud prevention vendors, and marketing platforms in connection with administration of the Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Description

The DreamDrop #002 Resort Stay Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is a promotional drawing in which eligible entrants may receive entries through free and promotional methods of participation. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing to receive the prize described below.

Future DreamDrop promotions may operate under separate Official Rules, prize structures, and promotional periods.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at:

June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time

and ends at:

June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time

All online entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) submissions must be postmarked by June 30, 2026 and received by July 7, 2026.

The random drawing will occur on or about:

July 3, 2026 (2–3 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends)

The official winner reveal date will be announced near the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor’s computer system shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island and any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising agencies, fulfillment partners, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate or win.

“Immediate family members” include spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and their respective spouses and household members.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

5. Total Prize Value

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is:

$1,800 USD

Sponsor reserves the right to modify eligibility or jurisdiction participation requirements as necessary to comply with applicable law.

6. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,800 USD

The prize is a free resort stay, not a full free vacation package. Airfare is not included. DreamDrop will cover the required costs associated with the included resort stay/certificate redemption for the winner.

The prize may be fulfilled through a resort stay certificate, vacation certificate, travel voucher, or similar fulfillment mechanism selected by Sponsor or its fulfillment partners.

Travel providers may require government-issued identification and a valid credit or debit card at booking or check-in.

Sponsor does not guarantee availability of any specific room type or travel date and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for travel disruptions caused by weather, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, airline cancellations, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or force majeure events.

8. Methods of Entry

There are multiple methods of entry into the Sweepstakes.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

A. Free Account Entry

Eligible entrants may create a free account at the DreamDrop website and complete required registration and email verification steps.

Upon successful verification, entrant will receive the quantity of free entries displayed on the applicable promotional page.

B. Promotional Entries

Entrants may receive additional promotional entries through memberships, promotions, referrals, or other promotional activities identified on the DreamDrop platform.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, receive equal treatment in the random drawing.

C. Referral Entries

Entrants may receive referral entries by referring new users through a designated referral link or referral system.

To enter without making a purchase, eligible entrants may enter by mail as follows:

No purchase necessary. A purchase, payment, membership, subscription, or Golden Ticket purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Every eligible entry is included in the random drawing and has an equal and independent chance of being selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

12. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The drawing will occur on or about July 3, 2026 (2–3 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends). The official winner reveal date will be announced near the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor may utilize an independent administrator or third-party random drawing process.

Sponsor reserves the right to delay the drawing for fraud review, eligibility verification, AMOE processing, or technical reasons.

13. Winner Notification

Potential winner may be notified by email, phone, account notification, or other contact information associated with the winning entry.

Potential winner must respond within five (5) days of attempted notification.

14. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance or use.

Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other required tax documentation where applicable.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve disputes in its sole discretion.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Idaho.

Entrants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Sponsor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually.

20. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is additionally subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Service and website policies.

22. Social Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.
