Welcome to DreamDrop Giveaways. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of DreamDrop Giveaways, including our website, mobile experiences, giveaway platform, memberships, referral programs, influencer programs, ambassador programs, email communications, SMS communications, promotions, and related services.

By accessing or using DreamDrop Giveaways, creating an account, entering a giveaway, subscribing to a membership, using a referral link, using an influencer code, participating in a promotion, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use DreamDrop Giveaways.

2. These Terms Do Not Replace Official Rules

Each giveaway, sweepstakes, contest, promotion, or campaign may have its own Official Rules.

The Official Rules for a specific promotion may include important details such as:

• Paid membership entry details
• Start and end dates

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules for a specific giveaway, the Official Rules will control for that specific giveaway.

3. No Purchase Necessary

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules, no purchase is necessary to enter or win a DreamDrop giveaway.

A purchase, paid membership, subscription, upgrade, donation, referral, coupon use, or paid transaction will not necessarily increase your odds of winning unless the applicable Official Rules clearly disclose the entry structure and odds relationship.

DreamDrop will provide a free alternate method of entry when required by law and as described in the applicable Official Rules.

Paid memberships may provide convenience, entertainment value, membership benefits, bonus entries, recurring entries, discounts, or other benefits, but no user is required to purchase anything to enter a giveaway where a free entry method is available.

4. Eligibility

DreamDrop Giveaways is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable Official Rules.

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules, giveaways are intended for eligible legal residents of the United States.

Certain states, territories, jurisdictions, or individuals may be excluded from participation based on applicable law, licensing requirements, bond or registration requirements, tax obligations, prize restrictions, or DreamDrop’s compliance decisions.

DreamDrop reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and the Official Rules.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, owners, affiliates, advertising partners, prize suppliers, agencies, sweepstakes administrators, and their immediate family or household members may be excluded from eligibility where stated in the Official Rules.

5. Account Registration

To use certain features of DreamDrop, you may need to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You also agree to keep your account information updated.

You may not:

• Create an account using false information
• Create an account for someone else without permission
• Use another person’s account
• Create multiple accounts to gain additional entries
• Use multiple email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities to manipulate entries
• Sell, transfer, share, or assign your account
• Use automated systems to create accounts or submit entries

DreamDrop may require email verification, phone verification, identity verification, payment verification, address verification, or other reasonable verification steps.

DreamDrop may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, incomplete, ineligible, or in violation of these Terms or any Official Rules.

6. One Account Per Person

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules, each person may maintain only one DreamDrop account.

DreamDrop may use information such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information, device information, IP address, referral activity, identity verification information, and other signals to detect duplicate accounts.

If DreamDrop determines that a user has created multiple accounts or attempted to manipulate the entry system, DreamDrop may void entries, cancel memberships, suspend accounts, disqualify the user, withhold prizes, or take other action permitted by law.

7. Giveaway Entries

DreamDrop may award entries through methods described in the applicable Official Rules, which may include:

• Free account sign up entries
• Daily free entries
• Paid membership entries
• Bonus entries
• Referral entries
• Influencer code entries
• Ambassador code entries
• Promotional code entries

Entries have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, redeemed for cash, or combined between accounts unless expressly allowed by DreamDrop.

DreamDrop’s entry records are the official records for determining entries, subject to correction for errors, fraud, abuse, technical issues, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, eligibility issues, or violations of the Official Rules.

8. Free Entries and AMOE

DreamDrop may provide one or more free methods of entry as required by law and described in the applicable Official Rules.

If a mail in alternate method of entry is offered, users must follow all instructions in the Official Rules, which may include requirements related to:

• Envelope size
• Handwritten information
• Required personal information
• Giveaway name
• Mailing address
• Postmark deadline
• Receipt deadline
• One entry per envelope
• Legibility
• Completeness
• Originality
• Prohibition on automated or mechanically reproduced entries

AMOE submissions that are incomplete, illegible, late, fraudulent, duplicated, automated, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise non compliant may be void.

DreamDrop reserves the right to verify AMOE submissions and reject entries that do not comply with the Official Rules.

9. Paid Memberships

DreamDrop may offer paid memberships or subscriptions that provide benefits such as recurring entries, bonus entries, member perks, discounts, promotional benefits, access to special offers, vacation related incentives, hotel savings cards, or other benefits described at checkout or in the applicable offer.

Membership benefits may vary by plan, promotion, date, campaign, or user eligibility.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize DreamDrop or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount disclosed at checkout, including recurring charges if the membership renews automatically.

Memberships may renew automatically until canceled, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Before purchasing a membership, you are responsible for reviewing:

10. Automatic Renewals and Cancellation

If you purchase a recurring membership, your membership will continue and your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You may cancel your membership through the account dashboard, cancellation link, customer support process, or another method provided by DreamDrop.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but it may not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in DreamDrop’s refund policy.

Cancellation may affect future membership benefits and future recurring entries. Entries already awarded may be handled according to the applicable Official Rules and the status of the payment.

DreamDrop intends to provide clear subscription disclosures and a reasonable cancellation process. Some jurisdictions impose specific automatic renewal requirements, including clear renewal terms and cancellation procedures. You are responsible for reviewing the terms presented at checkout.

11. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Voided Entries

Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership fees and purchases may be non refundable after the applicable billing period begins.

DreamDrop may offer refunds in its discretion or where required by law.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, declined, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent, DreamDrop may void entries associated with that payment.

If a user cancels a membership, future membership entries may stop. Depending on the Official Rules, entries tied to an active paid membership may be removed, paused, or adjusted after cancellation.

DreamDrop may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly dispute valid charges, abuse refund policies, commit payment fraud, or violate these Terms.

12. Coupons, Discounts, and Promotional Offers

DreamDrop may offer coupons, discounts, promotional codes, influencer codes, ambassador codes, referral codes, limited time offers, or other promotions.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, including:

• Eligibility limits
• One use per person
• One use per account
• One use per household
• Limited availability
• Non transferability
• Geographic restrictions
• Membership requirements
• Entry restrictions
• Stacking rules

DreamDrop may modify, suspend, reject, or cancel promotional offers at any time where permitted by law.

DreamDrop may void benefits, discounts, or entries associated with invalid, expired, unauthorized, duplicated, manipulated, or fraudulently obtained codes.

13. Referrals

Referral benefits may include entries, rewards, credits, discounts, ambassador perks, or other incentives.

Referral rewards may require the referred person to:

• Verify their phone number

• Not use the same phone number as another account

• Remain in good standing
• Comply with the Official Rules

Users may not abuse the referral program. Prohibited referral activity includes:

• Creating fake accounts
• Referring yourself
• Using multiple accounts
• Posting referral links in misleading ways
• Sending spam
• Using bots or automated systems
• Buying fake signups
• Misrepresenting DreamDrop
• Offering unauthorized incentives
• Using deceptive advertising

• Using another person’s information without permission

DreamDrop may void referral entries or rewards if it determines that referral activity is suspicious, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.

14. Influencer and Ambassador Programs

Influencers and ambassadors may receive compensation, commissions, free or discounted travel incentives, complimentary vacation certificates, entries, gifts, discounts, or other benefits.

All influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and promoters must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with DreamDrop when promoting DreamDrop, as required by applicable law and platform rules.

Required disclosures may include phrases such as:

• “Sponsored”
• “Ad”
• “Paid partnership”
• “I may earn a commission”
• “I received a complimentary vacation certificate”
• “I partner with DreamDrop”

Disclosures must be easy to notice, hard to miss, and placed near the promotional claim. They may not be hidden in a profile, buried in hashtags, placed only at the end of a long caption, or made unclear.

Influencers and ambassadors may not:

• Make false claims
• Guarantee that someone will win
• Misrepresent odds
• Misrepresent vacation certificate terms
• Hide taxes, fees, restrictions, or limitations
• Claim that a purchase is required when a free entry method exists
• Use fake testimonials
• Use misleading income claims
• Spam potential users
• Violate platform rules
• Impersonate DreamDrop
• Use DreamDrop branding without permission
• Promote to ineligible users
• Promote in prohibited jurisdictions

DreamDrop may terminate influencer or ambassador relationships and void related rewards or commissions for violation of these Terms, program rules, law, or platform policies.

15. Prize Descriptions and Availability

Prize descriptions are provided in the applicable Official Rules or promotion page.

DreamDrop attempts to describe prizes accurately, but prize images, destination photos, mockups, sample itineraries, retail values, and promotional visuals may be illustrative only.

Actual prizes may vary based on availability, supplier restrictions, travel dates, booking requirements, expiration dates, taxes, fees, upgrades, substitutions, or other limitations.

DreamDrop reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value where permitted by law and stated in the Official Rules.

Prizes are non transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at DreamDrop’s discretion or as required by law.

16. Vacation Certificates, Travel Incentives, and Hotel Savings Cards

Some DreamDrop prizes, rewards, or promotional benefits may include vacation certificates, hotel savings cards, travel incentives, resort stays, hotel savings offers, or similar travel related benefits.

These travel related benefits may be provided by third party fulfillment partners or redemption providers.

Travel related benefits may be subject to additional terms, including:

• Taxes
• Fees
• Booking charges
• Resort fees
• Upgrade fees
• Weekend fees
• Deposit requirements
• Redemption deadlines
• Expiration dates
• Minimum booking notice
• Date restrictions
• Destination availability
• Room availability
• Occupancy limits
• Blackout dates

• Identification requirements

• Cancellation policies
• No airfare unless expressly included
• No meals unless expressly included

DreamDrop will make reasonable efforts to disclose material restrictions, but users are responsible for reviewing all terms provided by the travel partner, certificate provider, redemption platform, resort, hotel, or fulfillment provider.

DreamDrop is not responsible for airline delays, hotel availability, travel disruptions, weather, cancellations, passports, visas, transportation, taxes, fees, upgrades, personal expenses, or third party travel provider actions unless expressly required by law.

17. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable giveaway, unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules.

DreamDrop does not guarantee that any user will win a prize.

Past participation, membership status, referrals, influencer code use, paid purchases, or prior wins do not guarantee future winnings.

18. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner selection will be conducted according to the applicable Official Rules.

DreamDrop may use a third party administrator, random drawing tool, independent judging method, or other process described in the Official Rules.

Potential winners may be contacted by email, phone, SMS, mail, account notification, or another method provided in the Official Rules.

A potential winner is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.

DreamDrop may require potential winners to provide:

• Legal name

• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Government issued identification
• Tax information
• Affidavit of eligibility
• Liability release
• Publicity release

Failure to respond within the required time, complete verification, provide required documents, meet eligibility requirements, or comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

19. Taxes and Prize Costs

Unless expressly stated in the Official Rules, winners are responsible for costs and expenses not specifically included with the prize, including travel expenses, transportation, meals, taxes, fees, upgrades, insurance, baggage fees, passports, visas, incidentals, resort fees, parking, gratuities, and personal expenses.

20. Publicity Rights

By accepting a prize, you may grant DreamDrop the right to use your name, city, state, likeness, photo, video, voice, testimonial, prize information, and related content for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

DreamDrop may ask for additional permission before using certain content, but acceptance of a prize may include publicity rights as stated in the applicable Official Rules.

21. User Content

You may submit content to DreamDrop, including comments, testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, social media posts, feedback, messages, suggestions, or other materials.

By submitting content, you grant DreamDrop a worldwide, royalty free, transferable, sublicensable, non exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, adapt, publish, and promote that content in connection with DreamDrop, our services, giveaways, advertising, and marketing.

You represent that:

• You own or have permission to submit the content
• The content does not violate the rights of others
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not violate law or platform rules
• The content does not contain harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal material

DreamDrop may remove, reject, edit, or decline to use user content at any time.

22. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate any Official Rules
• Provide false information
• Create duplicate accounts
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated entry systems

• Abuse referral systems

• Upload malware

• Copy or misuse DreamDrop branding
• Misrepresent your relationship with DreamDrop
• Impersonate another person
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Submit illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Use DreamDrop for commercial purposes without permission

DreamDrop may suspend or terminate access for violations.

23. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

DreamDrop reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, technical exploitation, rule violations, or suspicious activity.

DreamDrop may void entries, suspend accounts, terminate memberships, withhold prizes, reject claims, cancel rewards, or disqualify users for conduct including:

• Chargeback abuse
• False identity information
• Ineligible participation
• Misuse of AMOE
• Misuse of codes
• Tampering with systems

• Attempts to manipulate odds
• Violations of law
• Violations of Official Rules

DreamDrop’s decisions regarding fraud, abuse, eligibility, and disqualification are final, subject to applicable law.

24. Third Party Services

DreamDrop may integrate with or link to third party services, including:

• Payment processors

• SMS platforms
• Analytics tools
• Advertising platforms
• Referral tracking tools
• Social media platforms

• Travel redemption providers

Third party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

DreamDrop is not responsible for third party websites, platforms, policies, services, errors, outages, fees, restrictions, or practices.

DreamDrop does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, devices, or third party providers.

27. Email Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Using DreamDrop does not give you ownership of any DreamDrop intellectual property.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, or recommendations to DreamDrop, you agree that DreamDrop may use them without restriction, compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

31. Errors, Technical Issues, and Platform Availability

DreamDrop does not guarantee that its website, services, account system, entry system, referral tracking, membership system, email system, SMS system, or payment system will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times.

DreamDrop is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Server outages
• Internet interruptions
• Email delivery failures
• SMS delivery failures
• Payment processor outages
• Data syncing delays
• Browser issues
• Device issues
• Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries
• Unauthorized access
• Human error
• Printing or typographical errors
• Incorrect promotional information caused by technical or human error

DreamDrop may correct errors, adjust entries, void invalid entries, modify promotions, suspend giveaways, or take other reasonable action where necessary and permitted by law.

32. Modification or Cancellation of Promotions

DreamDrop is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Acts of God
• War
• Terrorism
• Civil unrest
• Government action
• Labor disputes
• Internet failures
• Payment processor failures
• Supplier failures
• Travel disruptions
• Pandemic or public health events
• Power outages
• Cyberattacks
• Platform outages
• Shipping delays
• Any other event beyond DreamDrop’s reasonable control

34. Disclaimers

DreamDrop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamDrop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted service.

DreamDrop does not guarantee:

• That you will win a prize
• That a specific prize will remain available
• That travel dates will be available
• That third party travel providers will perform as expected
• That emails or SMS messages will always be delivered
• That all technical errors can be prevented
• That third party platforms will operate without interruption
• That the website will be free of bugs or errors

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamDrop and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, service providers, suppliers, advertisers, influencers, ambassadors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages arising out of or related to your use of DreamDrop.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamDrop’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to DreamDrop in the three months before the claim arose, or
• One hundred dollars

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

36. Release of Claims

By participating in DreamDrop giveaways or using DreamDrop services, you release DreamDrop and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, service providers, suppliers, advertisers, influencers, ambassadors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Communications
• User content
• Any violation of these Terms or Official Rules

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

37. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DreamDrop and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, service providers, suppliers, advertisers, influencers, ambassadors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of Official Rules
• Your violation of law
• Your user content
• Your fraud or misconduct
• Your misuse of referrals, codes, or promotions
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Your participation in a giveaway
• Your acceptance or use of a prize

DreamDrop reserves the right to control the defense of any claim subject to indemnification.

38. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

39. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and DreamDrop agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, DreamDrop, memberships, giveaways, entries, referrals, prizes, communications, or your use of our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider selected by DreamDrop, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The arbitrator may award the same individual relief that a court could award.

You and DreamDrop waive the right to a jury trial.

41. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and DreamDrop agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis.

You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class, collective, or representative proceeding unless both you and DreamDrop agree in writing.

42. Exceptions to Arbitration

The arbitration requirement does not apply to:

• Small claims court actions where permitted
• Claims involving intellectual property rights
• Claims involving unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of DreamDrop systems
• Claims seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief
• Claims that cannot legally be arbitrated

43. Time Limit to Bring Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or related to DreamDrop, these Terms, memberships, giveaways, entries, referrals, prizes, or communications must be filed within one year after the claim arose.

Claims filed after that period are permanently barred.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

44. Termination

DreamDrop may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to DreamDrop at any time if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms
• Violated Official Rules
• Provided false information
• Created duplicate accounts
• Committed fraud
• Abused promotions
• Misused referrals
• Violated law
• Interfered with DreamDrop systems
• Harassed staff or users
• Created risk for DreamDrop or others

You may stop using DreamDrop at any time.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, entries, benefits, referrals, rewards, and membership features, subject to applicable law and Official Rules.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, arbitration, class action waiver, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.

45. Changes to DreamDrop

DreamDrop may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of its website, platform, membership plans, benefits, entry mechanics, referral programs, ambassador programs, promotions, pricing, features, or services at any time.

Where legally required, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.

46. Changes to These Terms

DreamDrop may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice by email, website notice, account notice, or other reasonable method.

Your continued use of DreamDrop after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using DreamDrop.

47. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without DreamDrop’s written consent.

DreamDrop may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, financing, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.

48. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible.

49. No Waiver

DreamDrop’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by DreamDrop.

50. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable Official Rules, and any additional terms presented for specific services or promotions make up the entire agreement between you and DreamDrop regarding your use of DreamDrop.
